5% for gratuities and service charge will be added to your bill.

A deposit of $1,000 secures your reservation.

Any reservation cancelled more than 48 hours in advance of check-in will incur a fee of $50. Any reservation cancelled within 48 hours prior to check-in will result in the non-refundable deposit ($1,000) described above plus a cancellation charge equal to the first night's stay.
